• Recording with Tierra de Nadie
The debut recording of Tierra de Nadie was done on December 13th and 22nd of 2009 at 58 North 6 Media Labs studios, in Brooklyn, NY. Ricardo Gallo on piano and compositions, Mark Helias on bass, Ray Anderson on trombone, Dan Blake on saxophones, Satoshi Takeishi on drums and percussion, Pheeroan akLaff on drums. It will appear this year on Clean Feed Records.
• Recording with the Colombian Quartet
The third album of Ricardo Gallo Cuarteto was recorded on January 30th and 31st in Bogota, Julian Gallo was the recording Engineer.
This release will be among the more than 20 recordings published by La Distritofonica so far. Ricardo Gallo Cuarteto has been together for five years with the same personnel which is: Ricardo Gallo, piano; Juan Manuel Toro, bass; Jorge Sepulveda, drums; and Juan David Castano, percussion
